Geely Auto's Lynk & Co brand marketing training camp launched at Xiangtan Institute of Technology

In the collaborative effort between academia and industry to nurture talents, real-world skills are honed with dedication. On February 27th, aiming to cultivate students' abilities to focus on the market and promote products, while boosting the sales and promotion of Lynk & Co cars, Xiangtan Institute of Technology and Geely Auto collaborated to organize specialized marketing training. Yuan Libin, President of Xiangtan Institute of Technology, Liu Yu, Director of Talent Management at Geely Group's Lynk & Co Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Wang Hui, Deputy Director of Lynk & Co Brand Marketing Coordination, attended the event.

At the opening ceremony, President Yuan expressed warm congratulations on the commencement of the training camp. He hoped that through the training camp, a win-win situation between academia and industry could be truly achieved. While empowering Lynk & Co brand marketing, it would simultaneously cultivate a large number of marketing talents capable of integrating theory into practice, contributing substantial strength to the development of Geely Auto.

In his address, Liu Yu remarked that Hunan, with its red-hot land, is a place capable of creating miracles. In the profound changes of the market environment today, the collaboration between Lynk & Co brand and the university to cultivate market-oriented talents is timely. He hoped that all participants could achieve a fusion of marketing skills through in-depth learning and diligent practice. During the ceremony, Liu Yu presented letters of appointment to the mentors of Lynk & Co's national marketing training camp, Hu Kai, and Miao Hao.

 

Social media influencer "Qingli" shared her experiences in new media marketing, encouraging the trainees to face the new marketing environment with a strong mindset, actively and courageously making appropriate choices and efforts. Trainee representative Wu Fan expressed a firm commitment to following all arrangements of the training camp and transforming the learned skills into practical abilities with a proactive and cooperative spirit.

The current training camp spans one week, incorporating case studies, practical business operations, and course reviews to comprehensively deepen the learning outcomes. The curriculum covers various aspects such as short video production for cars, live streaming operations, live streaming and short video operational techniques, data analysis, and explanations of Lynk & Co brand and models. Over 50 people, including faculty and students from relevant departments of Xiangtan Institute of Technology and staff from Lynk & Co brand base, participated in the learning process.
