In order to thoroughly implement the deployment of "adhering to the core position of innovation in the overall modernization construction of China" and "building a high-quality education system" in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and continuously implement the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education Institutions (State Council Office [2015] No. 36), According to the Notice on Organizing the Approval and Completion Acceptance of the 2023 College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan issued by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Xiangjiaotong [2023] No. 132 document, we will further deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in the new development stage, guide college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities in response to major national strategic needs and the "three highs and four new" strategy of our province, and strengthen the cultivation and output of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements in key areas.

After preliminary evaluation and recommendation by the second level college, and expert evaluation organized by the school, 44 projects for the 2023 College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program have been approved by our school. Among them, we plan to recommend participating in 1 provincial-level (key field project) project, 25 provincial-level (general project) projects, and 18 school level general projects. The project review results are detailed in the attachment.

The public notice period for the evaluation results is 7 days.
