Notice on Organizing the Application for the 2023 National Education Science Planning Project

The application work for the 2023 National Education Science Planning Project has begun. According to the Announcement on the Application of the 2023 National Education Science Planning Project by the Office of the National Education Science Planning Leading Group, the Announcement on the Bidding of the 2023 National Social Science Fund Education Science Major Project, and the Notice on Organizing and Applying for the 2023 National Education Science Planning Project by the Office of the Hunan Provincial Education Science Planning Leading Group, The relevant matters are hereby notified and forwarded as follows:

1、 Declaration content

This year's national education planning projects include major bidding projects in education funded by the National Social Science Foundation and other categories of projects (including national key projects, general projects, youth projects, western projects, key projects of the Ministry of Education, youth projects of the Ministry of Education, and special projects of the Ministry of Education). The applicant for the project should reasonably determine the category and subject classification of the applied project based on the "National Education Science Planning Project Management Measures" and the funding amount and topic requirements of each category of project, combined with their own actual situation.

2、 Declaration Procedure

1. To apply for the major bidding project of the National Social Science Foundation for Education, two paper copies of the "Bid Form" must be submitted. To apply for other types of projects (including national key projects, general projects, youth projects, western projects, key projects of the Ministry of Education, youth projects of the Ministry of Education, and special projects of the Ministry of Education), two applications and six loose pages (one application contains one loose page, and one application contains five loose pages) are required.

2. The application materials such as the "Bid Form", "Application Form", and "loose leaf" must be filled out uniformly using a computer, printed on A3 paper on both sides, and bound with a middle seam, without the need for an official seal.

3. Please submit the paper application materials to the Science and Technology Department of No. 2 Education 408 before 12:00 noon on May 16th. At the same time, package the application materials and the electronic version of the Application Summary Form and send them to the email address of the Science and Technology Department 18670905119@hngeelyedu.cn The email title is uniformly named "2023 National Education Science Planning Project+Applicant Name". Failure to do so will not be accepted.
