In order to deeply implement the relevant documents of the country and our province on deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions, comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation, continuously promoting the reform and innovation of talent cultivation models in school enterprise cooperation, and innovation and entrepreneurship of university students, promoting the progress of engineering practice and academic research, and promoting the development of the national Beidou industry, after research, The Provincial Department of Education has decided to continue cooperating with the Changsha Beidou Industrial Safety Technology Research Institute, Beidou Open Laboratory, and Changsha Branch Laboratory on the basis of six consecutive years of successful cooperation in carrying out the "Beidou Micro Project" from 2017 to 2022, and to carry out the application work for the "Beidou Micro Project" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") plan for university students throughout the province. The relevant matters are hereby notified and forwarded.

This project is divided into two categories: skill practice and application research, and is required to be completed by the project publishing unit. Full time undergraduate students in the 2020 cohort of our university (who will be in their fourth year of undergraduate studies in the fall of 2023) are eligible to apply. We encourage students to combine their research topics with their thesis.

Please organize interested students from relevant colleges to actively apply for research projects, and compile their "Beidou Micro Project" application form, "Beidou Micro Project" application information summary form, "Beidou Micro Project" application transcript, award certificate and other supporting materials as required by the notice.
