The application process for the National Social Science Foundation project in 2023 has begun, and the relevant matters are hereby notified and forwarded as follows:

1、 Original announcement

Please carefully read the relevant documents of the country and our province, and strictly follow the requirements of the documents when applying.

2、 Declaration time and requirements

（1） Applicants are requested to log in to the National Social Science Foundation Research and Innovation Service Management Platform (http://www.nopss. gov. cn/) on the official website of the National Social Science Office from April 20th to April 27th, download the National Social Science Foundation project application form (online version) and fill in relevant information. After checking the content for accuracy (the first line of the application form shows a prompt "You can now upload the application form"), upload the application form through the project application system.

（2） Submit the application materials to the Research Office on a college basis before 5:30 pm on April 28th. The materials to be submitted include: 4 copies of the paper version of the "Application Form", 5 copies of the loose leaf, and the declaration number automatically generated by the declaration system should be marked in the upper left corner of the loose leaf homepage. A3 paper double-sided printing, middle seam binding, and sending the Word electronic version of the application form and loose leaf to the email of the Research Office 18670905119@hngeelyedu.cn .
